Please take a photocopy of the filled form before sending it. |

Students are advised to go through the instructions carefully and practice once before the exam. |

Application for Verification of Marks In case you want to get your marks verified, please take a printout of this application, fill in the date, student details and payment details and send it along with the payment to our office along with a self addressed stamped envelope (9" x 4.5").
